Viewers generally prefer to be shown around by the owner as they feel more at ease and the owner can answer question immediately, after all no one knows your home better than you do, however we are always on hand to help out if you are away.
In most instances an energy performance certificate will be required to market your property for sale, it’s an energy assessment for your home and it lasts for 10 years, we can arrange for this to be done for you.
We will always take full name, address, contact numbers, their own position ie: on market, sold etc.
In addition to the above, when someone makes an offer on your property we ask for the chain position, proof of funds, mortgage info and identification.
