Our fees are very simple, for a sale we charge a fee of just 1.1% plus vat of the sale price achieved, this fee is to include a Hizzy for sale/sold board. If there is NO for sale/sold board then our fee reverts to 1.25% plus vat. We have a minimum charge of £1995 plus vat. This is for a fully inclusive service.
As the buyer of a property, I felt Hizzy provided outstanding service. They were really responsive with calls and emails – usually called straight back. Helped with the chain buy organising temporary accommodation for the vendor such that we could move in before Christmas. Managed to exchange (and will complete) within 3 weeks of requesting a pre-Christmas date! Very happy with Hizzy. I would absolutely recommend them.

From start to finish Hizzy have always been there helping and offering us advice on selling my late fathers property. From the initial video, handling all the viewings to WhatsApp chats, and keeping me up to date. There were many ups and downs, but they were always very supportive throughout.
